Hello Dr, I would like to clarify certain problem, which I am facing. First of all, let me introduce myself, my name is Fazeela Abdul Ghafur (female), Age 23. I have a child (boy) and he is now 3 and half years old. Now I am pregnant with the second child, and now it’s the third month going. I am normally thin and weigh around 54 kgs and height 5.3 ft.
I have a problem, I am having frequent discharge and feel very tired. I have been facing this problem since very long, even before my pregnancy. I have consulted many doctors before, no real solution to this till now. Could you give a good advice.

Dear Mrs. Fazella Abdul Ghafur,
Both symptoms you describe can be normal for pregnancy. Increased amount of vaginal discharge and tiredness/fatigue this are common symptoms of developing pregnancy. Though in some cases it may represent pregnancy complications as vaginal infection and anemia (low hemoglobin). I think it would be better to start with vaginal/cervical tests to see if any infection present and do blood test to check your hemoglobin level.
